cevco has a plan to radically improve the Australian housing market. Our lifestyle-as-a-service business model will deliver a pipeline of nature-positive, community-scale villages in regional areas.
Our mission
To plan, design and build a network of tech-enabled, regenerative villages that strive towards self-sufficiency and zero waste within their bioregion. Each village will house a diverse community of up to 200 people and will integrate affordable co-working and co-living spaces with a renewable energy micro-grid, a water micro-grid and a regenerative agricultural system.

A renewable energy micro-grid harvests, stores and distributes energy throughout the precinct, providing electricity for homes and workspaces, cycling water and powering a fleet of shared electric vehicles.

Natural water cycle management harvests water from the environment, stores it in a chain of ponds, cleans it in constructed wetlands and distributes it throughout the precinct. Water is used for drinking, irrigation, aquaculture and leisure.

A diverse, regenerative agricultural system provides a large proportion of the residents’ food needs. No waste from packaging, warehousing and transporting food over long distances. Regenerate ecosystems by composting and recycling organics.

Find your balance between privacy and shared living in a wide range of living, working, eduction and leisure spaces. Private living spaces available for all age groups and household structures. Use the concierge app to book the shared spaces or facilities as you need them.

how it works
cevco receives funding from a ‘building society’ of future residents and uses these funds for the development of a network of circular economy villages, each of which will operate as a housing co-operative. We are planning for nomads as well as those who prefer to be more settled.
